What is J. Dixon Art & Design?

J. Dixon Art & Design is the online gallery and marketplace for artist Joseph Dixon. Launched in 2018, partners Jeff and Joe are thrilled to be able to bring you Joe's art in many forms. Original art, limited editions, prints, custom framing and "lifestyle art" are all available for you to enjoy and bring to your home.

What are my shipping options?

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on product type, weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Some items offer FREE SHIPPING, while others have a flat rate. Large, fragile and high value items use calculated shipping rates at the time you place your order to ensure the most cost effective means of shipping at the best rate is generated. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for additional information.

When will my items ship?

Most orders ship within 3-5 business days. Shipping times vary due to the nature of the merchandise. Orders are generally not shipped on weekends or holidays. In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 10 days

How do I track my order?

You can track your order here: You will receive an e-mail with a tracking number shortly after your order is shipped. The tracking number can take 24 hours to update once it has been sent. You can also utilize Arrive, a mobile app available for iOS devices. It will update you about the status of online orders based on tracking information, and send automatic delivery notifications. The app uses real-time data from carriers to provide you with up-to-the-minute information about you orders.
